John, I just realized that now more people want to transfer from one host to Jcink due to any various reasons, such as crap hosting, Tapatalk take-over etc.

I just thought, because there have been a lot of potential users who are looking into Jcink, why not have a new thread (not sure if there is one) of any host that can be transferred from host A. to Jcink.

I don't know how many hosts you can transfer, or how difficult to come up with a list (not sure how many hosts that are transferable).

I personally feel this would be a good thing to post if it's simple to do.

Just a suggestion and I'm sure there would be others who agree with this. If you can comeup with a list to post, it can be pinned for easy find.

Now that TT is taking over so many hosts, I'm sure the demand for Jcink will be greater so I'm guessing more and more are going to look into Jcink, wondering if their sites can be transferable.

Anyway, just an idea.

Images [SOLVED]
I've got a quick question about a minor issue.

Is it possible to make the images clickable and open in Windows Images or other image software on your computer?

I've always posted the BBCode, but if you click on an image it redirects you to the host.

The images themselves are big enough to see clearly, but if somebody wanted to have them enlarged...I'm using Nickpic and you have to be registered and logged in to see others' images which can be a bit of an issue for those who don't use Nickpic.

I thought I read somewhere it was possible, but can't remember.

My board: sdphotography.jcink.net
You an view my images https://sdphotography.jcink.net/index.php?showforum=23 if you needed to see what I'm talking about.

If I can change the settings that would be great, if not I'll have to make due as, like I've mentioned, only a minor issue.

Thanks

I've got a couple questions about Custom Mini-profile. I thought I had 3, but it seems only 2.

I've just added a new Custom Profile Field. I'm hoping to make it so that the field that isn't filled out will be hidden. I found this thread from 2 years ago but have to admit it is quite confusing.

Also, I also decided to add "Status" to the Mini-profile as well and wanted to make it look Generic (Green for Online and Red for Offline). I couldn't really find anything on it, so is it possible to make Online and Offline different colors?

If not, I suppose it doesn't really matter much.

Thanks.

I've got a quick question.

While using the "LINK" BBCode, I'm just curious: what does it mean when you get a checkbox that says "Prevent this page from creating additional dialogs"?

Also, what "Dialogs" is it actually talking about?

Thanks.

This really isn't support so I'll post here.

I've decided to try the Reputation System and made a weird discovery.

When you change any setting and click "Submit Changes" you get the same option twice...only "Paraphrased".

One option is: "Go to: Administration CP Home" and the other is: "Go to: Administration Home".

Not really anything to worry about but it's just strange. They both take you to the ACP Home page (with everything collapsed" while as far as I know everywhere else will give you the option to" Go to: Administration Home" or the settings you are currently changing (example if changing group settings, you can either: "Go to: Group Control" or "Go to: Administration Home".

I find it funny that while changing Rep. Settings, you don't get the choice to "Go to: Reputation Set-up". This one really isn't a big deal though just because it's near the top.

Anyway, just felt like bringing that up.
